Montalivet Baths is the place annual meeting for the championship of surf casting from France. More 200 competitors every year for the weekend of surf casting.

One way to spend the winter months, once the mushroom season is over and the north wind you from sinning, is to go for days of hunting in the bit behind the Medoc and Montalivet Vendays.
